Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) Group Exercise/Breathwork Class with Kevin

Low impact movement session designed for patients with COPD, asthma and other pulmonary conditions. No pressure and no experience needed- just simple exercises to improve breathing, energy and daily life. Move at your own pace in a supportive and friendly space. Seated and standing options for all exercises available.
